1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HTMLSync ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

HTMLSync is a service that allows users to upload single file HTML applications and sync the local storage data used in those applications across devices. Users receive a subdomain URL where they can access their uploaded HTML files, and the data is automatically synced when accessed from different devices.

3. Service Limitations

• Each HTML app is limited to 10 megabytes of data storage
• The number of HTML apps you can upload depends on your selected pricing tier
• You are responsible for ensuring your HTML files are compatible with our service

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment for the Service is processed through LemonSqueezy, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to our service, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your uploaded HTML files and any data stored through our service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the data you store.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HTML SYNC MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HTML SYNC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
